To submit WiFi speed tests, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Prohibited Content

You may not submit:

• Fake or fabricated speed test results
• Data that you did not actually measure
• Spam, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Content that violates any laws or regulations
• Content that infringes on third-party rights

4.2 Content Moderation

All submitted reviews are subject to moderation before being published. We reserve the right to:

• Accept, decline, or edit submitted content
• Remove content that violates these terms
• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts

4.3 Public Display, Leaderboard & Promotional Use

By submitting tests and participating in community features, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your contributions and public profile information (your username and, if you keep it enabled, your profile image from your OAuth provider) on public pages such as the leaderboard and in promotional sections of the site (for example, the homepage social proof area). We may remove entries, adjust counts, or suspend accounts to protect the integrity of the service and prevent abuse (e.g., spam or automated submissions).

5. Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: All WiFi speed data on this website is user-reported and not verified by us. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on this website. Users should verify WiFi speeds independently before making booking decisions.

Compare Hotel Wi-Fi and Maximilian Wardenbach assume no liability for any incorrect or outdated information displayed on this website.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Submit spam or fake data
• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse the reporting or moderation system

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Maximilian Wardenbach and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content in connection with the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Compare Hotel Wi-Fi or Maximilian Wardenbach be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
